On arrival in Honolulu you'll be met at the airport with a traditional floral lei greeting and be transferred directly to your hotel. Stay 5 nights on a room only basis in Honolulu, Oahu in a 3* hotel in Honolulu. You're right in the heart of the downtown Waikiki area with restaurants, bars and shops to be explored and the world-famous Waikiki beach just a block or two away.
There are plenty of tours on offer locally, including island tours, visits to the North Shore - home to some of the world's best surfing - and the Polynesian Cultural Centre and even to site locations for the TV series, Lost. Closer to home is the poignant Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor.
On day 6 you'll be transferred back to the airport to take the short inter-island flight to one of the most popular outer islands. Choose from 5 nights in Maui -The Magic Isle, Kauai - The Garden Isle, or Hawaii's Big Island - The Island of Adventure. (See notes below to help you select).
You'll have an economy 2-door hire car (with air conditioning and LDW insurance) for the 5 days of your stay giving you plenty of opportunity to explore the delights of your chosen island. On the last day, drop the hire car off at the airport and catch your flight home.

... Maui
You pick up your hire car on arrival at the airport for the easy drive to your 4* hotel right on the beautiful Ka'anipali Beach, one of the best in Hawaii. You'll have an a Partial Ocean View room (room only basis) as a base for exploring the island during your stay.
Maui is perfect for either totally relaxing or for getting energetic. There are several fabulous golf courses to choose from as well as water and land sports of every description including tennis, horse riding, cycling down a (dormant) volcano and helicopter tours. Between late November and early April you can even whale watch as the waters around Maui are the winter home to around 4,000 humpback whales!
If that sounds too strenuous relax on one of the glorious beaches or mosey around one of the many island attractions. One of the most popular tours is a pre-dawn drive up the dormant volcano, Haleakala, to watch the sun rise.

... Kauai
You pick up your hire car on arrival at the airport for the easy drive to the 4* Kauai Beach Resort hotel where you'll stay in a Garden/Mountain or Lagoon View room (room only basis) as a base for exploring the island during your stay.
Most of Kauai's interior is mountainous forest, giving it a lush, rural feel and a laid-back lifestyle all its own. This is the place to be to pamper yourself and get away from it all, to experience the true beauty of nature and to enjoy the finest cuisine.
Nothing prepares you for some of Kauai's natural wonders such as Wailua Falls and the 17-mile stretch of beaches on the west side of the island. A trip around the island reveals green, tropical forests, cascading waterfalls and golden sand beaches and you can opt to self-drive or join one of the many organised tours by land or air. Kauai is well geared for hikers and walkers, with trails into some incredible places. Many of Kauai's beaches are not recommended for swimming but we choose hotels with good pools. If you do plan to swim in the sea, please check locally for safe conditions.

... Hawaii's Big Island
